Practically speaking, Priscilla uses her magic in a manner closer to a net than a prison. The maximum number of prisons she can create is 3, their total volume not exceeding 5L. Rune or code: -
Appearance: Priscilla has what some people might call a 'bitch-face'. Her default expression is often a mixture of petulance and aloofness. Even when she is actively interacting with others the subtle changes in her expression are not easy to notice. She carries her lithe 1.7m frame with poise that when coupled with her face, gives off an air of haughtiness.
The appearance of Priscilla's hair can be quite different at times. Depending on how long it has been since she has had it touched up, one can sometimes see a tell-tale darkening at the roots of her golden mane, or perhaps a flattening of its curls. Small crystals and plastic gems dot her nails and around her mascara-lined brown eyes.
Personality: On first impression Priscilla can come off as being aloof and cold. She does not smile or laugh often, and it takes a lot to see her do so. In reality she is nothing of the sort, being an emotional individual who is easily provoked to tears. Nothing makes her happier than being in the company of friendly people, regardless of what her poker-face might tell you.
Born as one of the privileged, Priscilla often takes the things she possesses for granted. It makes her somewhat insensitive to the plight and worries of others, but also supports her tendency for charitable acts, be they warranted or not. Priscilla subscribes to the policy of honesty, but being adept at 'running away from the truth', is not opposed to lying by omission.
Strengths: Mentally (and physically), Priscilla is remarkably flexible. When using her magic, she does not limit herself to regular cube-like prisons, choosing to treat it like a flexible net instead. She also has a good memory for names, faces and other small pieces of information.
Weaknesses: An emotional individual whose control over her power varies according to her mood. Due to her own moral code of 'taking the high road', she oftentimes bottles up her dissatisfactions, further worsening her emotional state should she have nobody to vent to.
Biography: Apart from her, Priscilla's entire family consists of telepath ESPs. Pampered by all her elders as the youngest child and the only daughter, she was nonetheless kept away from family business. Her parents feared that spies and competitiors would glean information from her unguarded mind. She was trained in her powers, but it was seen as comparatively useless; instead her parents directed her to invest her time and attention into her studies.
Left to her own devices for most part, it did not take long for Priscilla to desire a life away from Coho City. She had no intention of estrangement; rather she felt that with more distance there would be less pressure and expectation. In Coho City there was always the nagging worry that she was not representing her family well in some way, be it in appearance, speech or action.
In the months leading up to her 20th birthday, Priscilla struck a deal with her brother closest to her in age. He would help convince her parents to allow her to live out of New Magic territory. In exchange, when the time came for ownership of the family-run business to change hands she would support him in his bid, handing over her inherited shares and stocks if necessary. Her brother honoured his end of the deal, Priscilla now resides within a town situated in Neutral Lands.
Other: When nervous, Priscilla behaves in a manner similar to how someone suffering from verbal paraphasia
* would -- she messes up when vocalising simple opposing concepts. Saying yes when she means no, or exclaim that it's freezing when scalded. She is aware of her speech errors and will often correct and counter correct herself. This can make conversing with Priscilla quite difficult until she calms down. Alternatively, communicate with her through text instead.
